People tend to intellectually understand the reasons for being made redundant, yet it's often the way that it's done that upsets them, with a resulting negative impact on the reputation of the organisation.

Group workshops – cost effective and highly interactive and practical, these workshops help individuals prepare for their future.

Individual sessions – when numbers are low we are able to offer the group workshops on an individual basis.

Executive level – these programmes aim to support executives plan their future.
