Executive outplacement

The programme starts with a ‘get to know each other’ meeting between the individual and the proposed career coach. During this we will discuss the specific needs of the Executive and how to best help them. Programmes are then spread over a number of months to ensure that help is given when needed. The more typically asked for elements are mentioned below.

  • What are the nuances of advertised roles?
  • Writing effective application letters, application forms, and CVs.

Developing a marketing strategy

  • How the job market works
  • Networking skills
  • Self marketing tools and techniques

Interviews and assessment centres

  • Understanding competencies from an interviewees perspective
  • Developing effective interview techniques, including video analysis
  • Understanding how your preferences may impact how you are perceived within an interview
  • Assessment centres demystified

Level 5 Award in Leadership & Development programme
